Job Duties for Bilingual Account Representative:
Answer questions about services and orders.
Communicate effectively in Spanish and in English.
Be a resource to all callers and provide information efficiently.
Provide issue resolution efficiently.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
Requirements for Bilingual Account Representative:
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

years of office customer service experience.
Proven ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver
Hours and Benefits for Bilingual Account Representative:
Full-time First Shift
Salary of $30,000 - $36,000 DOE
